Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DaddyMan Studios website at daddymanstudios.com (the “Site”) and content made available directly through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

DaddyMan Studios is a story-driven creative studio devoted to developing and bringing stories to life through film, music, sound, animation, visual storytelling, characters, interconnected story worlds, and related creative works. DaddyMan Studios may collaborate with affiliated companies, creators, production partners, licensors, distributors, and other rights holders. Independently operated companies and external websites may provide separate products or services under their own terms.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original text, artwork, graphics, photographs, illustrations, designs, audiovisual materials, films, video, footage, animation, music, compositions, sound recordings, screenplays, scripts, treatments, characters, character designs, storylines, story worlds, concept art, production materials, logos, branding, names, and layouts are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by DaddyMan Studios or the applicable rights holder. These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade-dress, unfair-competition, contractual, and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing on this Site transfers ownership of DaddyMan Studios intellectual property or the intellectual property of another rights holder to a visitor.

DaddyMan Studios develops original stories, characters, fictional places, cinematic universes, music, films, scripts, visual concepts, and other creative properties. The public presentation of a story, character, fictional world, title, screenplay excerpt, image, film sequence, production concept, artwork, musical work, recording, developmental material, or other creative property does not place that material in the public domain. Viewing, hearing, reading, streaming, or otherwise accessing a creative property does not grant permission to reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, display, record, dramatize, merchandise, synchronize, commercialize, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit that property except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing by the applicable rights holder.

Characters, locations, institutions, histories, relationships, terminology, visual elements, narratives, and other components appearing within DaddyMan Studios story worlds may form part of larger interconnected creative properties. The appearance of only a portion of a story world on the Site should not be interpreted as abandonment, dedication to the public, or authorization to appropriate individual elements or combinations of elements for unauthorized commercial use. DaddyMan Studios may continue to develop, revise, expand, reinterpret, adapt, or otherwise evolve its creative properties.

Trailers, teasers, clips, production stills, behind-the-scenes materials, storyboards, concept art, promotional artwork, animations, visual effects, scripts, treatments, pitch materials, and other production or developmental materials displayed on the Site remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. No footage or production material may be extracted, repackaged, rebroadcast, commercially exhibited, incorporated into another production, or otherwise exploited merely because it is publicly viewable on the Site.

Music, compositions, lyrics, scores, sound recordings, dialogue, sound design, and other audio materials appearing on the Site may be protected by separate copyrights and other rights. Access to or playback of audio through the Site does not grant synchronization, mechanical, master-use, public-performance, sampling, adaptation, distribution, or other licensing rights. Any such use requires whatever permissions are legally applicable from the appropriate rights holder or rights holders.

Names, logos, slogans, insignia, titles used as source identifiers, and other brand elements appearing on the Site may constitute trademarks or otherwise protected brand assets of DaddyMan Studios, affiliated entities, licensors, or their respective owners. No license to use a trademark or brand asset is granted merely because it appears on the Site. Nothing in these Terms represents that a particular mark has a registration status it does not legally possess.

DaddyMan Studios grants visitors a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the Site for lawful personal and informational purposes. Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing, you may not: reproduce substantial portions of the Site; commercially exploit Site content; remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other rights notices; impersonate DaddyMan Studios or its affiliates; interfere with Site security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; or use the Site or its content to violate another person's rights.

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, you may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated downloaders, data-mining systems, or similar technologies to systematically harvest, reproduce, compile, or assemble DaddyMan Studios proprietary content for unauthorized commercial exploitation. Public accessibility of DaddyMan Studios content does not constitute a contractual license to use protected creative works, including films, scripts, characters, story worlds, artwork, photographs, music, recordings, dialogue, or other materials, as training material for commercial artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems. Nothing in this section prohibits conduct that cannot lawfully be restricted.

If you contact DaddyMan Studios, you remain responsible for any material you submit. Unless DaddyMan Studios expressly invites submissions under separate written submission terms, please do not send unsolicited scripts, screenplays, treatments, film concepts, songs, recordings, character concepts, story concepts, artwork, pitch decks, manuscripts, or other creative proposals through general contact channels. Receipt, storage, review, acknowledgment, or response to unsolicited material does not create a confidential, fiduciary, creative-development, production, representation, partnership, employment, licensing, compensation, or other special relationship. DaddyMan Studios develops creative material independently and may already be developing material containing themes, characters, situations, concepts, settings, or ideas similar to material submitted by others.

A licensing, production, distribution, collaboration, or other business inquiry does not itself grant permission to use a DaddyMan Studios property and does not create a binding agreement. Authorized use requires appropriate written permission from the applicable rights holder and satisfaction of any applicable terms. The Site may contain links to websites operated by affiliated companies, collaborators, distributors, platforms, or independent third parties. Those destinations may operate under separate terms and privacy policies. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement of every product, service, statement, or other material appearing at the destination.

DaddyMan Studios endeavors to present useful and accurate information but does not guarantee that every item will always be complete, current, error-free, or continuously available. Creative properties are especially subject to development and may change substantially before or after production or publication. DaddyMan Studios may modify, replace, reorganize, suspend, or withdraw Site content at any time.

Site content is provided primarily for creative, cultural, entertainment, informational, and promotional purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” DaddyMan Studios disclaims warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DADDYMAN STUDIOS AND ITS APPLICABLE OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DaddyMan Studios and its applicable owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement or violation of another person's rights.

If you believe material appearing on the Site infringes a copyright or other intellectual-property right that you own or are authorized to enforce, please contact DaddyMan Studios at legal@daddymanstudios.com. Please provide sufficient information to identify: the protected work or right; the material believed to be infringing; where that material appears on the Site; your contact information; and the basis for your claim. Submission of a copyright or intellectual-property concern does not constitute an admission by DaddyMan Studios that infringement has occurred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where federal law or another mandatory law controls.

DaddyMan Studios may revise these Terms as the Site, creative properties, technologies, business operations, or applicable laws evolve. The version of the Terms made available through the Site will govern use of the Site to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. These Terms, together with any additional terms expressly applicable to particular Site features or services, constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of the Site.
